Hi Guys this is My First Post I Hope You’ll like This Post, Today I will teach you How to Share a Scanner on Network (Like We Share Printer) With A Share Scanner Software. I have described below. How to Install and How to Use.
- Download The Share Scanner software click here.
- Now Extract The File. Password : http://www.google.com/
- Now Second Thing is That This Software Have 2 Types of Install.
- Server
- Client
Install Share Scanner Client. Where you would like to share.
Now Install the Share Scanner Software
Share Scanner Server Install Method
- Right and select open. The share scanner software
- Select Language English – Next
- Next
- Select The Agreement (I Agree) – Next
- Next
- Choose Server – Next
- Choose Driver Where you would like to install (default – C drive) – Next
- Choose Yes – Next
- Choose Modify My Computer’s Firewall …. – Next
- Install
- Finish
Share Scanner Client Install Method
- Right and select open. The share scanner software
- Next
- Select The Agreement (I Agree) – Next
- Next
- Choose Client – Next
- Choose Modify My Computer’s Firewall…. – Next
- Install
- Finish.
Ok Now Software Installation Has Completed.
Now you can scan with Share Scanner. I Have Two Method.
- FreeKapture 2.0
- MS Office 2007
- You Need to Download FreeKapture 2.0 Software – Freeware – Click Here To Download .
- Select The Setup File >>> Right Click Open >>> Next >>> Next >>> Choose The Drive >>> Where You Would Like to Install (Default: - C:\Program Files\TSoft\MidWavi Pro) & Next >>> Next >>> Install >>> Finish.
- Now Open the FreeKapture Start >>> All Programs >>> FreeKapture >>> FreeKapture.
- Now Click on Scan Button >>> Select the Scanner >>> The Share Scanner Software.
- Now
Share Scanner Software will be pop up >>> Goto: - Add
>>> Ip Address – Port is Default – Type Server Computer Name –
Scanner No Need to Type. >>> Save.
- Now Ready For Scan Click:- Scan >>> After Finish >>> In FreeKapture 2.0 >>> Save Scan To File >>> Save >>> Finish.
How to Scan a Document with Ms Office 2007 from Network
- You Need To Install Microsoft Office Document Imaging And Microsoft Office Document Scanning
- Install
Microsoft Office Document Imaging. Goto: - Start >>> Control
Panel >>> Add or Remove Program >>> Microsoft Office
Enterprise 2007 >>> Change >>> Add or Remove Features
& Continue >>> Office Tools >>> Click Down Arrow
>>> Click Run All From My Computer
& Continue >>> Finish or Close.
- Now
Ready For From Ms Office Document Imaging & Scan. Now Microsoft
Office Document Imaging. Goto: - Start >>> Microsoft Office
>>> Microsoft Office Tools >>> Microsoft Office
Document Imaging.
- Goto :- File >>> Scan New Document.
- Click The Scanner >>> Select Scanner >>> Unselect The Use Automatic Document Feeder >>> Select the Show Scanner Driver Dialog Before Scanning >>> Ok
- Click On :- Scan Button
- Now
Share Scanner Software will be pop up >>> Goto: - Add
>>> Ip Address – Port is Default – Type Server Computer Name –
Scanner No Need to Type. >>> Save.
- Now Ready For Scan Click: - Scan >>> Finish.
